The Board of Directors voted to increase the 2026 Quarterly HOA Dues for the Lakehurst Community to $151.25 per quarter ($605.00 per year), per lot, to meet current and future financial expenditures / obligations of the HOA.  This amount, made payable to Lakehurst HOA, will continue to be due on the first (1st) day of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). Payment is late if not received on or before January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1, 2025. A 10% Late Fee will be assessed per month until the balance is paid in full if payment is received by Management Company after January 10th day of the month due and the postmark / payment is made after the 1st day of the month due. You may remit payment for the entire year in January ($605.00), if that is your preference. 

 

Credit / Debit Card and E-Check payments may be made through this website under “Pay Quarterly Dues”. Payment processor processing fees apply.

If you are currently signed up for automatic monthly bank draft for your monthly payments through the HOA management company, the amount debited from your account will change to reflect the increase in quarterly dues without having to resubmit a new form.

 

If you are not currently signed up for automatic bank draft through the HOA for your quarterly dues payments and would like to be, a copy of the bank draft form may be found at this website under “Homeowner Documents”. Please complete the form, attach a voided check from the account you want funds drawn from, and send to the Association Management Company to the information found on the form.
